The journey of Bethel Prophetic Ministries is inseparable from the life and calling of Bishop John F. Aruldoss. His life has been marked by faith, obedience, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to the Kingdom of God.
Bishop John F. Aruldoss received salvation in 1972, marking the beginning of a lifelong commitment to the Kingdom of God. In 1983, following a powerful anointing, he officially entered the ministry and began a journey of dedicated service to God's calling.
His early years in ministry were shaped by rigorous spiritual mentorship and faithful service. He spent three formative years serving under the guidance of Brother Vincent Selvakumar and later worked extensively with Father Berchmans, ministering across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
In 1986, Praise Jesus Church was established in Karaikudi. The church experienced remarkable growth, and land was purchased to accommodate a congregation of approximately 800 members. By 1992, a new facility had been completed to serve a growing congregation of more than 1,000 members.
Throughout his ministry, Bishop Aruldoss became a prominent voice in Christian media and evangelism. Since 2011, he has reached audiences across the world through Angel TV, sharing the Gospel and ministering to countless viewers.
His television ministry included popular weekly programs such as Shepherd's Manna, New Path, and Depths of Satan. He also ministered alongside renowned spiritual leaders, including Prophet Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj.
His ministry also extended into healing evangelism, where he hosted Live Healing Services, proclaiming the continuing and miraculous power of God to people watching around the world.
In 2017, the vision for Bethel was formally launched, and a special place of worship was acquired. What began as a vision of faith gradually became a reality through prayer, perseverance, and God's provision.
This journey of faith culminated in the successful completion of the Bethel building in 2022, establishing a dedicated place for worship, prayer, ministry, and the proclamation of the Gospel.
The ministry continued to expand its reach with the launch of Shekinah TV in 2024. Through cable networks and mobile applications, the Gospel began reaching thousands of homes, carrying the message of hope, faith, healing, and salvation to a new generation.
From a personal encounter with salvation in 1972 to decades of ministry, church building, evangelism, media outreach, and the establishment of Bethel, Bishop John F. Aruldoss's journey stands as a testimony to God's faithfulness. His life continues to reflect one enduring purpose — to proclaim Christ and advance the Kingdom of God.
